Delivery
As part of our commitment irishgroomer.ie offer a fast and efficient delivery service using recognised registered and traceable couriers. Orders received by 4pm will be shipped the same day free of charge within Ireland ( including Northern Ireland) This includes heavy items.
UK Delivery & EU Delivery
Deliveries to European countries & the UK will normally be made via road courier and will be charged according to product size and weight. This will be added at checkout. Care must be taken to ensure that the destination address is provided accurately, and that the destination country and postal code is submitted in order that the correct freight can be quoted, and on acceptance charged to the order. Cancellation/Cooling Off Period
7-DAY, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – as per the distance selling regulations, Irishgroomer.ie offers a cancellation period of 7 working days, beginning the day after you receive the goods, during which you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full reimbursement of all money paid. In order to do this, you must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be posted or emailed to our stated business address within the cancellation period. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item ordered is faulty. The 7 day cancellation/cooling off period commences on date of invoice.
Exchanges/Returns
14-DAY, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – if for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought after the cancellation period expires – simply return it in new condition within 14 days and we will exchange it, or you can choose something else, or give you a full refund excluding delivery costs, no questions. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. The 14 day period commences on invoice date.
